Really good Hospitality and Service!

This place has amazing hospitality and great service. The reception staff including Hadeer, Mina, and Amr were helpful. Rasha and Abanob from the buffet staff gave excellent service. Valentina from guest relations was always smiling and ready to help, also, the animation team created an amazing vibe.
The hotel could benefit from increased entertainment. Not everyone prefers nightly trips to Soho Square. More diverse on-site options would improve the experience.

i am so impressed with the services. the food was AMAZING!!! the entire hotel was very clean. i appreciated the excellent room service. walid and imad were friendly and professional at the pool, and they greeted everyone warmly and provided the best service.
The gym had limited equipment. I felt a few more machines would greatly improve the experience.

The hotel is situated conveniently close to soho square. A very short walk takes you there, offering quick access to entertainment and shopping options. This proximity enhanced the overall experience, i found it really very convenient.

My standard double room had a great pool view and featured a comfortable king-size bed. there was also a balcony where i could relax and enjoy the scenery. I found the room very clean and adequately spacious.

I found the staff cute and always ready to assist. The food was top class with many delicious options. My room was clean, comfortable and well kept daily. The entire hotel was beautifully kept and relaxing. I had a peaceful getaway.
The gym equipment was a bit dated. A new machine would add more value.

The room had a king-size bed with comfortable pillows and fresh linens, and the climate control worked great. A safe was available in the closet, and I found it easy to use. The room service was prompt and provided great value.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

I stayed for several nights and found the cleanliness to be perfect both in the rooms and outdoors. The staff was hospitable they were always polite and helpful with questions. The food was varied the dessert selection was especially excellent with many types available daily. The hotel features multiple pools each has its own bar and a snack bar.
